Bruce, an electrical engineer, designs electrical power, water process, power distribution, standby power, and controls systems. He also performs considerable construction phase services.

Dee Brown, PE

Dee specializes in power distribution; controls; radio telemetry; and CCTV video surveillance, SCADA, and access control systems. Dee is an electrical engineer.

Nick McNeill, PE

Nick, an electrical engineer, specializes in substation design, distribution planning/analysis; electrical power systems, instrumentation, and communications system design.

Sam Vandiver, PE

For 20 years, Sam has designed new, highly customized databases, modernized and expanded existing database applications and other computer systems. Sam is an electrical engineer.

Rick Geraci, PE

For over 35 years, Rick has performed lighting, power, and electrical engineering design for mission critical facilities including hospitals, educational facilities, commercial and industrial firms, and government agencies. Rick is an electrical engineer and master electrician.

Mark Eakin, PE

Mark is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience designing major campus and critical mission facility systems for medical, educational, governmental, industrial, commercial, and business institutions.

Maxwell Good, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Max, a mechanical engineer and LEED accredited consultant, is well versed in the design of HVAC and other mechanical systems. His LEED AP credentials make him an excellent choice for projects requiring this type of certification.

Rusty White, PE

Rusty specializes in electrical systems analysis including short-circuit studies, protective device coordination, and arc flash hazard. He also performs power distribution, standby power, SCADA, lighting, and controls systems design.

Chris Gele

Chris Gelé, CAP

One of only four Certified Automation Professionals in Arkansas, Chris Gelé (je-LAY) has programmed numerous SCADA, HMI and PLC systems.

Scott Geurin, EIScott Geurin, EI

Scott, an NSF Graduate Research Fellow, earned his BSEE with top honors from the University of Arkansas. He logged 270 hours on a complex controls system upgrade while interning with us in 2009, demonstrating the talent and dedication we seek for our team. Please join us in welcoming Scott this August!

Charles draws plans for treatment plants, pump stations, SCADA systems, generators, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, access control, fire protection, and building monitoring systems.

Kaylin Richardson

Kaylin is an accomplished mechanical CAD designer whose rendering expertise includes 3-D BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Terri Haughay

Terri Haughay (“hoy”) is the Administrative and Marketing SpecialistTerri Haughay, marketing machine! for Brown Engineers. She has nine years’ experience in project and contract administration as well as marketing for consulting engineering firms.

Senior Mechanical Designer Randy has over 30 years’ experience in HVAC design, specializing in large air handling systems and related ductwork, chillers, boiler plants and associated piping systems.
