Dee Brown manages projects involving industrial, municipal, and commercial facilities for Power Distribution, Software based Controls, radio telemetry, video surveillance, access control systems and Networks. He has also specified and supervised numerous generator installations and generator system improvements, both as stand-alone projects and as components of much larger construction jobs.

Dee co-founded Brown Engineers in January 2006 with Bruce Brown (no relation). Dee received his BSEE and MSEE from Louisiana Tech University.

He is also a member of the Little Rock and Arkansas State Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers, the Electrical League of Arkansas, the Central Arkansas Executives Association and Class IV of Leadership Arkansas, a leadership mentoring program hosted by the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and Arkansas Industrial Association.
