On June 5 at the ASPE/ACEC-Arkansas conference in Fayetteville, Scott graduated from the Arkansas Engineering Emerging Leaders program, completing an intensive mentoring program limited to ten outstanding candidates each year. Congratulations, Scott!
In May, Scott spoke to Mr. Helmick’s 5th grade class at Roberts Elementary School in Little Rock. He talked about the Entergy Arkansas River Lights project that he helped design.
Scott is enthusiastic about promoting engineering as a career, and is glad he can show students that it’s not all “boring” math and science. “I got a chance to talk with 5th graders about the cool things that engineers do, and how we can positively impact society.”
