On 9-1-09, Dee Brown sent his team to the Ouachita Plant to adjust the filter flow modulation in relation to the influent set point level. They have shown dedication to making this right, and now have all nine filters modulating smoother than I’ve ever seen them. These improvements should save us a lot on the actuator motor and contactor replacement, and may improve overall water quality with less turbulence through the filters.
